She was born in Warsaw in 1971. In the years 2000-2005 she studied journalism at the Faculty of Political Science of Collegium Civitas in Warsaw. Co-founder and documentary photographer of the Napo Images Photo Agency. Member of Press Club Polska. She collaborated as a curator and co-organizer of photographic exhibitions, e.g. with the Centre for Contemporary Art, the Gallery of the Association of Polish Artistic Photographers, and Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology in Cracow.
